ABOUT THE RETREAT
Each Pause Breath Restore retreat brings a community of 12 individuals coming together around a theme. The focus of our Spring Equinox retreat is Grief. We welcome any women who are experiencing grief, looking to explore their grief further or surviving grief to join us. Please note that we recognize different forms of grief, from death of a loved one, divorce, estrangement from family, sexual or physical abuse and other forms of grief. Please know that we cultivate a safe space to explore, understand and meet your pains to advance to a path of healing.
Oregon Coast Retreat November 8th-11th
Pause Breathe Restore was born when Erin and Sarah came together to create a timeout for individuals needing to escape for just enough time to take pause from the demands and distractions of their everyday lives. Erin and Sarah's commitment to help others develop and maintain wellness and mental health habits that foster possibility and living an inspired, excellent life has come together as a quarterly retreat to remind and regain the power and benefit of the breath and the life habits that restore us so that we can conquer our challenges and exceed our potential!
